Best transition to new ownership that I have ever seen. I started going to this deli when it opened back in the early 90's. At first when I heard it was being sold, I felt like I was losing one of my favorite places, but instead, it is as good as ever.
Then new owner and his family are great. This deli is like the modern day version of Cheers, you go in and you will always see the same cast of loyal characters, as well as new people who have heard how good the food is.
You won't be disappointed. Everything from the breakfast sandwiches to the lunch specials are great and very reasonably priced. Plus, I love that everything is prepared in front of you, so you can see how your food is handled.
Great place and a wonderful family atmosphere where you really feel at home. I wish them great success! -

Pretty solid Deli here in East Hanover. Breakfast and Lunch sandwiches are pretty good. They have a few tables and stools for dining in or you can grab and go.
I pick up my lottery and coffee here sometimes plus it's a decent spot to hangout and gather the local haps.
The East Hanover Deli is currently under new management and they're doing a good job in resurrecting this classic style eatery. -

This deli was sold last year to a former employee and the new owner is really putting his mark on the business. Yesterday I had the chicken BLT with avocado on rye toast and it was outstanding. The chicken was grilled and super thin. Good breakfast and lunch crowd with creative specials, fair prices. It's a true family business with Mom and Dad pitching in whenever they can.

LOOOVE this place!! Owner is always super nice and delivery is quick with a smile! Our office is addicted to their cheese steaks and onion rings as well as their salads (when we are being good)! Their homemade soups are the best...wish they were year round. Great prices with a home-style feel and flavor. Definitely the best in the area.

This place is great!! Nobody can't beat their prices and the food is amazing! You have to try their famous Fat Albert burger. Your taste buds will thank you later! From the breakfast menu to lunch, you name it they have it!!
